What we use frozen blueberries for
The possibilities are endless you can have a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. We absolutely love adding frozen blueberries to our protein smoothie mixes after the gym, it gives it a fruity flavour.

My daughter’s go-to breakfast meal is overnight oats. You can add frozen blueberries to overnight oats, if you’re anything like my daughter in being lazy in preparing a meal in the mornings then this is something for you to try!

Of course, there is also a variety of desserts you can make. Like muffins, or one of my favourites is my daughter’s pavlova!

You can freeze blueberries for long periods of time but for the best quality, we recommend you use them within 6-10 months.
